How we scope the work
The finish depends heavily on what is underneath. Floors need to be stable and reasonably level, wet areas need the correct waterproofing approach, and tile layout should be planned before adhesive is mixed. We coordinate preparation and finishing rather than treating the tile as a surface-only job.

Can you work with large-format tiles?
Yes, subject to the substrate, access and tile specification. Preparation and layout become especially important with larger tiles.

Where required and agreed, floor preparation and levelling can be included in the scope.
