Cancellation Notice

This notice is relevant where statutory consumer cancellation rights apply, for example to certain contracts agreed at a customer’s home, by telephone or online. It does not create a cancellation right where the law does not provide one.

Request to start during a cancellation period

I expressly request Cressel Construction Services to begin the agreed services before the expiry of any applicable cancellation period. I understand that if I subsequently cancel after work has begun, I may be required to pay for services properly supplied up to the date of cancellation. I understand that where the service is fully performed in accordance with applicable legal requirements, I may lose the right to cancel.
